Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans created by a BCBA, track progress with data, and engage families and teams for successful outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, plus a path from RBT to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
