Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are required, with opportunities to advance to BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
