Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to support students and schools under BCBA supervision. You will implement evidence-based interventions and track progress to drive student growth in educational settings.

The role offers flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, or as-needed), with comprehensive benefits and referral bonuses of up to $1,000. Competitive pay starts at $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification from BACB.
• Adherence to Texas BHEC guidelines for educational professionals.
• CPR certification current.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
• Education: high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Monitor and document data on student behavior and progress.
• Assist in designing and executing interventions aligned with IEP goals.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Promote positive behavior in the school environment.
