Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote learning and independence. Part-time roles with potential growth to full-time are available as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
