Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with ongoing mentorship and hands-on training.

You will work 1:1 with clients, implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, collaborate with families, and participate in team meetings and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
