PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and pathways to growth as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in ongoing professional development. The position includes a quarterly $500 bonus, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
