Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families to promote independence and progress.

Roles offer flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus mentorship, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
