Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This role is part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Flexible scheduling, travel locally, and a path from RBT to BCBA with mentorship and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and children.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
