Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Oswego, IL. You will provide direct ABA therapy to assigned clients after programming from a BCBA, with supervision to ensure quality care. This role emphasizes engaging with families and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with BACB required at start.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your caseload, following programming written by a BCBA.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience.
