Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding across Tennessee and seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings. You will work under the supervision of BCBAs, supporting children and families to achieve meaningful progress and goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification on BACB Registry.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
