Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, assist with data collection, and help clients develop essential skills with guidance from a BCBA.

The role offers flexible scheduling options, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within Total Care ABA.

Formación

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continual learning.
