Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a motivated individual to provide in-home ABA services under supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role involves implementing ABA programs, teaching functional skills, and recording progress notes to support client goals.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
