Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home ABA services to children across Georgia. You will implement therapy plans designed by a BCBA and work closely with families to support communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

The role requires a valid RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a background check. Part-time hours are available with opportunities for supervision and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an active RBT certification from BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
