Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a motivated part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills to children with autism.

You will work 15-20 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with after-school shifts and weekend coverage as needed. PTO, flexible scheduling, supervision, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
