Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions offer mentorship, growth, and hands-on training as you implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and track client progress.

We provide flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for averaging 25 hours/week, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
