Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA-based plans, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for 25 hours/week, travel reimbursement, and pathways to become a BCBA. A high school diploma is required, RBT certification active, and local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Able to engage with clients and handle physical activities up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
