Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and help learners apply new skills.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and pay enhancements such as holiday pay and quarterly bonuses. Travel locally is required and prior RBT certification is a must.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
