Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings through ABA-based interventions.

The role is part-time with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand, offering ongoing mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA certification. Competitive pay, holiday pay, and travel reimbursement available for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
