Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based plans in home/school/community settings. You will collect data, reinforce learning, and work under a BCBA supervision to promote independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, and growth opportunities toward BCBA certification. In-house trainings, travel may be required, and full-time paths exist with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs, and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
