Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA and recording progress.

Travel to in-home sessions locally is required. We offer competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus up to $500, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
