Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, record progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills
