Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success. The role offers flexible scheduling with growth opportunities to full-time as caseloads expand, plus competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and employer-sponsored benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
