Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow as caseloads expand.

You’ll implement ABA-based plans, use positive reinforcement, collect client data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is required; a HS diploma is preferred, and RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
