Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record client progress data.

Skills

Active RBT Certification

Experience with ABA clients

Willingness to travel locally

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred
