Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and track progress with data collection, with mentorship and growth opportunities to become a BCBA. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
