Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings and implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence; collect data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings and professional development.
