Blue Gems ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will follow individualized plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children reach meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
