Blue Gems ABA in Maryland is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
