Blue Gems ABA in Maryland is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data using our clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
