Blue Gems ABA is hiring RBTs to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect real-time progress data using our clinical software.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
