Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow BCBA-designed treatment plans and carefully collect data to show progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
