Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and document client progress through precise data collection.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and must be active.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document progress clearly.
• Compassionate, professional approach to client care.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to support learning and skill development.
