Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a dedicated team providing evidence-based ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification with BACB, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time roles, with a focus on collaborative care and professional development.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
