Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and write detailed session notes to document progress and outcomes.

The role requires compassionate, professional communication and reliable transportation to client locations. We offer flexible full-time and part-time options with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
