Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. The position supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with supervision from BCBAs and opportunities to grow clinical skills.

You will collect data, write session notes, and collaborate with a caring team to ensure effective progress for clients. A compassionate, professional attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
