Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA services. We value collaboration, flexibility, ethical practice, and growth, and we support staff to thrive while making meaningful progress for families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• Experience with children or ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
