Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in a supportive team setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA-designed plans and proactive data collection to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
