Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings across Georgia, under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, and track progress with families and our data system.

The role offers flexible scheduling (15–20 hours per week), a supportive BCBA team, and opportunities for growth as you advance in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
