Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services across Georgia under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized ABA programs, track progress, and support families in achieving functional goals for children with autism spectrum disorder.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold an active RBT certificate, and have reliable transportation. We offer advancement, supervision by experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for schedule flexibility to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license required.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
