Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy programs, teach skills to help children meet functional goals, and complete progress notes while collaborating with families to ensure consistent behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
