Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under supervision, follow treatment plans, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team while helping children develop skills and positive behaviors. Flexible schedule and RBT certification support available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18+ years old or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
