Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under supervision, collect data, and support skill development. The role offers daytime hours in home-based and daycare environments with supervision and feedback to help you grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old and reliable transportation required.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
