Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will be supported by strong supervision, with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. If not yet certified, we offer support to complete your RBT certification and growth opportunities in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy under supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Work with children in home, school, or clinic settings.
