Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position in Westminster, Colorado. This role offers consistent weekday hours, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support.

Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour based on experience. A $200 sign-on bonus is provided after 180 billable hours, along with PTO, mileage reimbursement, and supportive leadership to help you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
• Ability to complete onboarding within 48 hours and begin within 14 days.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and document sessions accurately.
