Job summary

Dover, Sherborn and Dover Sherborn School Districts Chickering Elementary School in Dover, MA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work with students in grades K–5. RBTs apply ABA methods, lead small groups, run DTI sessions, and support social-emotional learning with data collection and collaboration with a BCBA and special education staff.

The role emphasizes inclusion services, progress monitoring, and cross-team communication to support diverse learners and education equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level coursework in education or related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician course completed.
• Experience supporting students with differentiated instruction.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to educational equity, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Data collection as instructed.
• Provide behavioral support per student plans.
• Supervise, nurture, and support students.
• Facilitate classroom activities supporting academics and social-emotional needs.
• Ensure inclusion services and accommodations per student needs.
• Collaborate with staff regarding student progress.
• Cover for educators as assigned by administration.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by administration.
