Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) for a full-time, school-day position in Dover, NH. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an hourly pay range of $25.00–$28.00, and a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will work on school campuses delivering ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group support, data collection, collaboration with educators and clinicians, and growth paths into advanced clinical roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• No prior ABA experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support students during transitions, routines, and challenging moments.
• Maintain professionalism within school environments.
