AbleLight seeks an RBT to implement behavioral plans under supervision by a BCBA for individuals with developmental disorders. You will work to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills, adhering to established protocols and maintaining client dignity.

Responsibilities include data collection via Central Reach, reporting progress to families, and collaborating with the clinical team. Requires RBT certification, a high school diploma, and knowledge of ABA principles.

Competenze

• High School Diploma and basic knowledge of ABA principles including functions of behavior and teaching strategies.
• Experience: Preferred 1 year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities.
• Lic or Cert: Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification granted by the BCBA.

Mansioni

• Implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data using Central Reach software.
• Provide updates to parents or caretakers regarding client progress or ongoing treatments.
• Ensure all treatments follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols.
• Possess knowledge and adapt interventions based on client needs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Be detail oriented and communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
