AbleLight is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under the close supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA. The role focuses on implementing behavior reduction and skill-building plans for individuals with developmental disorders, while ensuring safety and dignity.

You will collect and analyze data using Central Reach, provide progress updates to families, and ensure treatments follow established protocols.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 1 year preferred supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities.
• Lic or Cert: Current and Active RBT certification by the BCBA.

Mansioni

• Implement treatment plans under supervision to reduce challenging behavior or improve daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data using Central Reach software.
• Provide progress updates to parents/caretakers as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensure all treatments follow established protocols and adapt interventions when needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professional communication.
