Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You'll implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate progress to families and supervisors.

This in-person role offers flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training. Requirements include RBT and CPR certifications, reliable transportation, and experience with CentralReach a plus.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
