Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under a BCBA supervision, implementing behavioral plans for individuals with developmental disorders. You will collect data, report progress to families, and ensure treatments follow established protocols.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with basic ABA knowledge.
• Preferred 1 year supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities.
• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision to reduce challenging behavior.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data with Central Reach software.
• Provide progress updates to parents or caretakers as directed.
• Ensure treatments follow established behavior reduction protocols.
• Maintain client confidentiality and work well in a team.
